This listing is for an OFFICE space. It is for DAY USE only. You can check in anytime between 7:30 am- to 4:00 pm, but you need to leave by 7:00 pm the same day. If you need a quiet place just for yourself or for your meetings, this is it! It can accommodate up to 3 people.
The space: This is a quiet office space listed for day use. No overnight stays. If you want to rent it for longer time period, we can discuss the details.
Renting Rules:
1. This listing is a window office space and for day use only! This is a quiet place to study/work for individuals. NOT for overnight stay! You can arrive/check-in any time between 7am-4pm, but you will have to leave by 7:00pm the same day.
2. The place can accommodate up to 2 people (has a table and 2 chairs) to study/meet/work, but I would not recommend more than 3 people since it is a small 6.00 m²~64.58 ft² office space.
3. Keep the place clean and please keep it quiet for the occupants in the adjacent rooms.
4. There is a small yoga mat if you would like to lay down and crash for a few hours.
5. No full bathrooms available, but there are restrooms (toilet and sink) on the floor. Lots of restaurants nearby, within a few minutes walking distance.
6. If you want to book it for multiple days, still the same rules apply: no overnight stay so you will have to leave by 7:00 pm each day.
7. On the same floor, there is coffee break area with a microwave and a sink.
8. No illegal or unlawful activites are permitted within the office and within the building.
9. The building doors lock at 7pm. If you leave the building and try to get back to the building after 7pm, you will Not be able to enter the building until about 7am in the morning.
10. If the guest does not follow any of these instructions (e.g. does not leave by the prescribed time or does damages to property or the room, the host reserves to withold parts or all of the deposits or any other fees that are charged.
11. Lock the door when you leave the office and delivery it to our check out person.
